Terms of Service
Simply Joyful Creator (the "Service") is a web tool operated by SIMPLYJOYFUL LLC ("we", "us") to create short marketing videos and review how they perform on TikTok. It is available to our own team and to customers we have authorized. These terms apply to everyone who uses it ("you").
Who may use the Service
Access is limited to people we have authorized, whether our team or customers we have invited or agreed terms with. You may connect a TikTok account only if you own it or are permitted to manage it for its owner. Do not share your access with anyone else.
Your content
You keep ownership of the images, product details and other material you provide, and of the videos generated from them, as far as the law and our AI providers' terms allow. You give us a limited license to store and process that material only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
Fees
Some access may be paid. Any fees, trial period and billing terms are agreed with you in writing or shown to you before you pay. We may change fees for future periods with advance notice.
What the Service does
- Generates videos from product images and scene descriptions using third-party AI providers.
- Lets you record where each video was posted on TikTok and shows its view, like, comment and share counts.
- With your permission, reads those counts from your TikTok account through TikTok's official API.
The Service does not post to TikTok on your behalf, and it does not change anything on your TikTok account.
Your responsibilities
- Follow TikTok's Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines, and applicable law, including TikTok's rules for disclosing AI-generated content and for TikTok Shop promotions.
- Only upload images and other material you have the right to use, and only create videos of a person with that person's consent.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe access has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing, to impersonate a real person without their consent, to avoid TikTok's or any platform's rules, or to attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the Service.
Disconnecting TikTok
You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time, in the Service or in your TikTok settings under connected apps. When you do, we stop reading data from that account and delete its stored access token.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated videos and performance figures may be inaccurate or unavailable, for example if TikTok changes or limits its API. You are responsible for reviewing any video before you post it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SIMPLYJOYFUL LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or action taken by TikTok against an account.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time. The effective date above shows when these terms were last changed.
